Fair Housing Film and Conversation
May 21, 2018
To recognize and celebrate the 50th anniversary of the passing of the Fair Housing Act, the Boulder County Regional Housing Partnership hosted a film screening and panel discussion on May 21, 2018. The event featured the short film “Seven Days” chronicling the week following the assassination of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The film was followed by a moderated conversation with a panel of local and regional participants who shared their perspectives from the Civil Rights Era, how the Fair Housing Act plays out in our community today and current challenges facing our Front Range communities.
