On August 28, we hosted our first workshop for county-wide city and town planners. Affordable Housing: Making it Happen was an informative and enjoyable morning at Boulder County’s beautiful Kestrel community in Louisville. With more than nine speakers and 23 guests, discussion focused on definitions of affordable housing, the Fair Housing Act, codes and regulations, the development process, and financing.
